Digital Recruiting – an unconventional approach

As a digital agency specialized on online marketing, we have put our focus over the past years on lead generation in various branches. Our number- and databased way of working already helped a lot of our clients to generate scalable growth.
A request of one of our clients from the logistics branch, has shown us once again how difficult it can be to reach new employees.
In a first test round we were already able to increase the number of applicants many times over. Luck or chance?
This called for a second test, this time in the medical sector, nursing to be exact!
The result after a 12-week test run in a regional hospital: an expansion of the new recruiting process along the whole clinic association. Another lucky strike? Another case: a client has to fill 2 key postitions in a short time period – challenge accepted.


Our result after 72 hours? More than 50 applications, 7 of them were perfect candidates!
